Postage and Packing

All order are subject to a postage and package charge of £4.95. Orders over £50 are free delivery!

Please can all overseas customers contact me via email (davinastackshop@aol.co.uk) to be given a postage price before ordering.

Delivery Details

Orders will be delivered by Courier. You can specify delivery address i.e. your home, your neighbour's, your workplace or any other address at the time of placing your order.

Orders should be delivered within one week. However we ask customers to allow up to three weeks for delivery in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock. If we are unable to deliver in this period we will contact you straight away.

You may receive separate packages which arrive on different days as we often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items in its original condition with 28 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or refunds will only be granted within this timescale.

Please enclose the till receipt and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement may be delayed or not be completed. We would recommend that items returned be sent back via some form of recorded delivery because we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Postage costs incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by  Davina's Tack Shop. We will not refund the postage if we have dispatched what you have ordered.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage please include a receipt for the postage cost.

Faulty goods will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault Davina's Tack Shop will either replace or credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of riding wear and horse wear, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within six months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Davina's Tack Shop.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
